Learn practical tools to better manage emotions, stress, and emotional overwhelm in everyday situations.

She supports individuals and couples in navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, relationships, grief, and career transitions, helping clients take ownership of their lives and move forward with greater clarity.

Tshegofatso is a registered Counselling Psychologist who approaches her work with empathy and a non judgmental stance, creating a space where clients can feel understood and explore themselves more openly. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting challenges related to trauma, adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and academic or developmental difficulties.
